If you forget your password, you can immediately obtain your password under the "Get Password" option using a valid Finansal Güven Uluslararası credit card or Paracard number and their passwords.

If you do not have a Finansal Güven Uluslararası card, you can still apply to get your password by following the relevant instructions on the "Get Password" screen.
 

The foreign currency transfer (SWIFT) option allows you to transfer foreign currency to domestic and international banks. If you make your foreign currency transfer (SWIFT) request before 17:00 hours, the money arrives at the receiving account within two business days and within three business days if after 17:00 hours.

For arbitrage trading, you can use the "Arbitrage Transactions" menu under the "Investment / FX" section when you log in to your account on Finansal Güven Uluslararası Internet Banking as a personal user.
