Automatic Home Equity Line of Credit

• The maximum term is 36 months.
• You can use your entire credit limit during the loan term to start after 1 year as from the date of the initial borrowing.
• The Automatic Home Equity Line of Credit interest rate in effect at our bank at the time the loan is issued shall apply. The property pledged as collateral for the loan must be owned by you.
• You can choose to utilize the Automatic Home Equity Line of Credit with fixed interest rate.
• In case of a request for the early repayment of one or more installments in Fixed Rate Mortgages, an early repayment charge of a maximum of 1% of the paid principal amount if it is not more than 36 months until the end of your mortgage term, or maximum 2% if it exceeds 36 months.
• The total of the amount to be borrowed under the Automatic Home Equity Line of Credit and the amount already lent under the mortgage facility cannot be more than 50% of the appraisal value of the property to be pledged
• Credit upper limit is TL 40,000.
